By purchasing a Self-Care Box or booking a Coaching Service Package from Saliently Beautiful Ltd Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“you,” “the customer,” or “the client”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or engaging with our services.

1. Scope of Services

  • Self-Care Boxes: Curated wellness products sourced from various makers. Products are for personal use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Coaching Services: Wellness and lifestyle coaching designed to provide support, accountability, and guidance. Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional healthcare.

2. Orders, Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our approved payment methods.

  • Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed.

3. Shipping & Delivery (Self-Care Boxes)

  • Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed to the carrier.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Self-Care Boxes: Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If so, contact us within 5 days with photos for review.

  • Coaching Services: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session for a reschedule or credit. No refunds are issued for missed sessions or unused packages.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if terms are not followed.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new wellness routine, using herbal or topical products, or making dietary changes.

  • Our products and services are for educational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

  • We disclaim liability for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from use.

6. Client Responsibilities (Coaching Services)

  • You agree to participate actively, communicate honestly, and take personal responsibility for your own results.

  • You understand that coaching outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on your commitment and actions.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, and resources provided during coaching or in self-care boxes (including guides, printables, and product designs) remain the intellectual property of Saliently Beautiful Ltd Co., or our collaborators.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

  • Coaching sessions are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

  • We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information without consent, except for shipping and payment processing purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saliently Beautiful Ltd Co., is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
